In September I got married! The wedding went spectacularly well. We had 200 people present, the weather was perfect, and everything went (mostly) smoothly.
We looked pretty good, if I do say so myself.
A couple of days after the wedding we set off on our honeymoon - a road trip from our home in Poland down to Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia. I'm currently writing this from the terrace of a studio in Dubrovnik, with a view of the city walls.
So far our trip has looked mostly like this:

As you might expect, work took a backseat during most of September.
Trophy
In September we focused on optimizing Trophy for use by AI agents through the improvement and expansion of our MCPs. We wrote a blog post about it.
I also worked on improving how streaks are logged in the dashboard for individual users, making debugging easier, and added an admin API for resetting a user's streak to zero.
When I get back in the second week of October I'll be back to work developing core features for Trophy. In the meantime, Charlie's been working hard on sales and we should have a few new large customers joining the platform in October.
Campfire
In September I mostly monitored the progress of my engineers, though given how busy I was in my personal life they worked highly independently. When I get back we'll be launching streaks and badges, and translating Campfire into Portuguese and French.
I also managed the Creator Program. We met our goal of twelve videos published through the program during Q3.
Distractions & Personal Life
My homebrewing hobby continues; I made a small-batch raspberry mead that came out a bit too acidic and raspberry-y, but gave me the knowledge to be able to hopefully make a big 9L batch of a less acidic, more balanced and easy-drinking raspberry mead to ferment in October and age for about six months so it's ready for the summer.

I didn't make progress on Chunkyard but I'm ready to dive into it when I get back and hopefully release it on Steam in early access before the Winter Sale starts in mid-December.
Next Month
In October I'll be getting back into the groove once I'm back in Poland. With no more wedding to plan or big trips coming up, I intend to double down across the board and make major progress on Trophy, Campfire, and Chunkyard.
